  I would not recommend using this Title company - I unfortunately inherited them for my listing. Tracey emailed me asking me to do the tax search for this transaction which Realtors do not do; Tracey did not honor my clients wish to have their profits wire transferred from the sale even though the proper paperwork was completed in advance. On top of that, the very next day after closing I the agent received a call from the rep Wendy that she "misplaced" the deed documents my sellers signed just yesterday. I told her I and my clients did not have these documents then asked her if she reached out to her clients "the buyers" to see if they had them by mistake. She said "I don,t want to bother them at this point". She then proceeded to pressure me into making my clients available for the next day. When a time and day was established my clients reported that Wendy was very disrespectful to them stating when they were reading over the deed documents she told them to "hurry up" multiple times! All because they were reading over important documentation which is their right to do! This company was terrible, very disrespectful, gave poor customer service, and incompetent.
