Four days to acknowledge a package that was sitting in their drop box literally on their property. Zero urgency, zero accountability. Absolutely unacceptable.

I’ll spare the logistical details here but Trish went above and beyond and communicated with me directly and efficiently to make sure I was able to retrieve my package (which was for a work event and very important that I receive it on-time). It was nice to be treated like a person from someone working at a company so large. Thank you, Trish!!
