    Closes at 8:45. Online Google and during shipping checkout on FedEx.com both said this location is open until 9:15p. Missed critically important delivery to customer.

    Dropped off a package at the FedEx Ship Center near PHL airport last Friday. It’s now Tuesday night and they JUST scanned it in. Four days to acknowledge a package that was sitting in their drop box literally on their property. Zero urgency, zero accountability. Absolutely unacceptable.
