I placed my order for copies, she was very efficient, I went to pay and realized I could not find my wallet- long story but I was able to get my copies, go to my meeting, I called them to say I would be back to pay as soon as I could, a day later they found my wallet, contacted me, held it for me until I could get back there... I experienced not only GREAT customer service but more importantly KINDNESS too. Thanks to all the staff there. We need more people like you.
