There is one lady who is atrocious and horrible to me every single time. Last time she said I can’t send a package without an account number and this time she said I have to have my PHYSICAL ID, not a picture on my phone. I have never EVER shown an ID to send a package. WORST SERVICE EVER!

- RVRose VanityMar 4, 20261.0Walked in today around 2:45-2:50 pm to drop off a package and the man that was in the front was extremely rude . He raised his voice and told me “I need the package up here” I’m pregnant and package was too heavy , told him I needed assistance and tape to seal the package he deliberately gets louder and refuses to assist and yells that I need to place the package on the counter. He swears off to get another man from the back exclaiming that I said something negative to him when all I asked for was for assistance with the heavy package. The other man comes from the back and apologizes for the inconvenience and assist me immediately. Extremely unprofessional customer service from that first man with the glasses .
