- RArichelle alexanderMar 13, 20261.0I truely hate fed ex. like i have a fractured ankle and told them i was unable to physically pick up my package called them asked if i can have my significant other pick it up and i wasn’t told u till day of id need an ID for pick up. This has been my worst experience with delivery ever …. now my package is being held hostage because i can’t physically pick it up the address im at can’t have mail sent here and ive done everything i can verified myself and all to have them allow my significant other to pick it up for me. He does not have the same address on his id. So they are making someone physically unable to move …. Move to get their package after communicating their circumstances. The company policy’s SUCK. Not everyone has a matching address to their IDs….
