It’s not okay and something needs to change. I showed up three times waiting. Multiple people left after waiting for so long after 1pm for them to open back up. And they lock it so you can’t talk to anyone. They all hide in the back

The woman I spoke with on the phone called my mail carrier directly to give me an idea of when my package would be delivered. I simply looked up the direct phone number instead of using the 1800 line and I got through to a real person right away.

I had to order new ones, re-address them all, get new stamps,...... How? You have one job. Pick up the mail and deliver it. These were not ballots. I would think you could have delivered them.
