If I could give a 0 I would. I put over 60 wedding invitations in my mailbox, they were picked up but never delivered! How does that happen! I had to order new ones, re-address them all, get new stamps,...... How? You have one job. Pick up the mail and deliver it. These were not ballots. I would think you could have delivered them.

I'm going to give the postmaster at this location 0 Stars. I'm on a route that doesn't have a driver until after 4:00 so my mail hasn't been coming until after 7:00. My packages after 7:00 p.m. we're supposed to be delivered when the van pulled up to the mailbox put the paper mail in apparently and drove away marking my packages undeliverable. I was standing in the front door with the light on I could have just gone and got them from her. The next morning I got up so I could be at the post office before 8:00 a.m. so I could get my packages before they got put on another truck that wouldn't get delivered until after 7:00. This is where I found out that the driver for my area doesn't start until 4:00 p.m. that's why my mail is late all the time because they don't have a driver to do the run during the day. Which means that my neighborhood is suffering by getting really late mail. And when they have packages to deliver they don't even bother to get out of the truck and put them on my porch. When I talk to the postmaster at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning I asked them to not put my packages on an afternoon truck to keep them in the office and mark them available for pickup so I can come and get them. Today I had a tracking number say out for delivery to around 6:55 p.m.. when I called the postmaster he said there's nothing he could do the package was on the truck and it'll be delivered when it gets delivered which is the scheduled time of 6:55 p.m. why are they leaving packages on vehicles without a driver for hours, essentially all day. There's no reason for them to be putting packages on a truck without a driver until 4:00 p.m.. why are my packages sitting in the truck without a driver? Even though nobody can give me a direct answer it seems to me that it's quite illegal to leave people's packages in an unattended vehicle. It's also really bizarre that our neighborhood gets to be the one with the very very late delivery. Why aren't the people closest to town delivered last... It isn't fair to us. And I deserve to be able to know that my packages are being cared for and secure and not just left in a van unattended until the driver has time to get to them. The postmaster Rahman ... Is actually a jerk. He talks down to people he treats you like an idiot and he's leaving packages unattended in a van without a driver for hours.

I have had three mis-deliverd packages in the past month, plus at least 2 mis-delivered letters. Fortunately on all but one item, the neighbors who recieve my mis-directed mail have been honest and returned the items. On the last item I was not so lucky and so I was told to file a claim for this item. I Since no insurance was purchased I guess I am just out $25.00. The carrier"swears" she put it in the mailbox--I agree--she put it in "A" mailbox---unfortunatley it was the WRONG mailbox and now I am out $25.00. It doesnt seem fair that the carrier actually remembers handling my package but because she put it in the wrong mail box it now becomes my problem and I have no recourse.

Avoid this place like the plague. If I could receive packages/mail with another carrier/company, i would do it in a heartbeat. The postal service is terrible overall but this location manages to lower the bar even further past rock-bottom. Carriers forget packages, and lose mail for days or even weeks.
