- AFAndy FordAug 14, 20261.0Lost two of my packages. The manager first accused me of not bringing them in and when I requested security footage to be pulled, he said there are no cameras and shifted his accusation to me labeling packages incorrectly. He had a very elaborate explanation of how I go about printing my shipping labels, but you could tell he was just done with the situation and my experience at this location came down to having a young employee either just take my packages or simply do very very poorly at their job. Look at my other reviews, the Jermym PO is amazing. I stop at Peckville once and it cost me a decent chunk of money and a bunch of headaches.

The woman who usually works here is very friendly and knowledgeable about shipping, always willing to help. I am very happy with the service here.

I tried to ship a package wrapped in a completely blank piece of plastic—it was an old government-issued COVID test mailer that I had cut up and flipped entirely inside out. This packaging was already bought and paid for by the federal government and distributed to the public. Yet, the clerk decided to go on a massive power trip and refuse the shipment over a piece of blank plastic. She was smug, combative, and forced me to waste gas driving home to repackage it. An embarrassing display of petty tyranny over taxpayer-funded scrap material. Went to another location with the same packaging had absolutely zero issue.
