- EREmily ReidAug 15, 20261.0Stopped this morning to return an Amazon package. The lady working the counter was extremely rude. Very annoyed that she had to repeat herself. The gentleman working was nicer.
- POPaul OesterwindAug 13, 20261.0I stopped by to return an item to Amazon with the correct labels they provided and the lady behind the counter told me I had the wrong labels before even looking at the label we had. Then she wanted to charge us $300 to ship when we have a pre paid shipping label! She has always been difficult to deal with and this was the last time I will deal with this store. Suck because I am an UPS employee and try to support the individual stores but not now. Mail in more handle it correctly for me and will have my business going forward
