- DGDomestic GoddessNov 29, 20192.0I work at a local business in Paradise, over the past year we have been experiencing VERY poor service from this post office and the one in Kinzers which has the same postmaster. We have large mailings every week that we have had numerous problems with our customers not receiving their checks that we mail out the same time every week. Some customers have reported not receiving their checks for up to 2 weeks. We also have problems receiving our mail, especially in the last 3 mo. There are days where we get no mail...which is ok, but on the first day after a holiday, when we know we should have mail and nothing is delivered. We have made numerous complaints and were simply told no mail carriers were available for our area. SERIOUSLY?? This is NOT acceptable.
