- JJJoeJun 24, 20265.0Chris best Mail Man 🙏🏻 in the country and Shannon ❤️ the clerk best clerk in country. Orwigsburg seriously though needs to be REEVALUATED FOR A NEW POST OFFICE. They're out growing that building more and more each year. The population in Orwigsburg keeps getting bigger and bigger.
- LHLaurel HullJun 12, 20191.0Usually, in the past, I have had wonderful service. This morning was ridiculous. The clerk would not give me a couple of pieces tape to affix a label to my package. Told me I had to buy their packing tape. I asked her why, she just kept pointing at the tape on their wall. I told her in the past that I have been helped with putting on a label and she said " Well I don't know who you were dealing with back then." She was rude and unhelpful. Told me to go down to the Dollar General and get cheaper tape. I asked if she couldn't help me WHY was there tape at her station. She just looked at me. By the way, Dollar General taped my label on for free. That was an exceptionally nice thing for her do. (Had to pick a 1 star so it would post) But a ZERO STAR is for the woman at the post office, not the facility. Shame on the Orwigsburg Post Office for putting in a bad customer service clerk.
