- BBBrianSep 12, 20261.0I walked in the open door at 11:59 and was told they “closed at 12” after he helped the two people in front of me when I obviously had a priority mail envelope that needed to be mailed. I also had a package that was shipped from New York that went to Philly and then Alabama and spent 3 days there before being sent back to Philly, two days later it still hasn’t arrived. The USPS is absolute garbage now. No matter how big the flag is on your mailbox they won’t take outgoing mail anymore. Disgraceful.

For anyone else, apparently he doesn't like if you check your phone and text while waiting in line, he will call you out for it. Eventhough, there are no posted rules about cellphone use (except for taking video)in the post office or on file with the USPS(I confirmed with Fort Washington PO). I could see if I was holding up the line with phone use but I had 2 folks ahead of me. Sorry for multi-tasking wile buying a pack of stamps, Mr Clerk.
