Mack was incredibly patient and kind trying to help me resolve a shipping debacle, even though the confusion on my end delayed closing hours. Tina is always wonderful too! Recently, a USPS refund could only be made via money order and she dropped it the order off to our office on her own time. Thanks for the A+ service, USPS Orefield!

All too often, I find packages shoved / jammed into my mailbox, crushing purchases, shredding my other mail and making it almost impossible to remove because the mail carrier (I can only assume) is too lazy to deliver packages to your doorstep. I have tried contacting the office about various delivery issues, and although they are sympathetic and apologetic, they admit there is not much they can do. PLEASE STOP DESTROYING MY MAIL AND PACKAGES!

I often use eBay to get rid of unwanted items and use the Flat Rate packages to send items that I have sold. On one occasion they suggested switching from a flat rate to regular first class mail since the service was less money and the delivery time was pretty much the same. The item needed to be repackaged and they even helped me with that chore. They always seem attentive and friendly, even during this Christmas holiday rush.
