The post office in Oil City, Pa. The grounds and inside the building are always kept neat and clean. The Postal workers are always welcoming and knowledgeable of their job whenever I run in for stamps or to mail a letter, etc. Even the mail carrier that brings my mail to my house everyday also pleasant.

Want to thank Johnny or Johnnie. I apologize if I misspelled her name. Thank you for the excellent service you provided. I did not receive a survey at the end of my call or via text but thank you for being so understanding when I was clearly having a rough morning. The service was quick and prompt. I appreciated your help.

The post master was rude combative extremely stressed and obviously over her head. speaking with her got to the point where I recommended she seek help from a professional therapist. Mail was not getting to the box and we have made multiple complaints and she was claiming she wasn't made aware.i I told her if the problem couldn't be fixed we could call the office of inspector general too see if they could look into too it.the post master said I was threating her. Because I was gonna call the office of inspector general. GUILTY MIND or what? Stay away from oil city postal service someone's cousin has a bad drug habit or their simply unable too do any of the skills required too deliver mail. You know like read or walk from the truck to the box etc.
