  I just had a mattress delivered for Serta via RXO. I had read reviews a week before delivery. I was preparing myself for the worse case scenario because of what I read. Yeah, didn’t happen. The guys (only got Walter’s name) were on time and professional. They were extremely nice and respectful of my home. They took the old mattress and installed the new one on the second floor. They were quick and efficient, had smiles on their faces. Very polite. I don’t know who anyone else got but these guys were top notch & I would use them again for any upcoming deliveries. Thank you.

  I love how big the freezer is and that there is a light that you can use to see in the dark and the baskets are huge too.

  This is a HORRIBLE delivery company; the schedulers can’t communicate effectively with the drivers to effectively manage their routes. Between my husband and I, we each had to call off work SEVERAL TIMES only for our delivery to be cancelled the day of without a justifiable reason. To add insult to injury, the stove is literally sitting at their facility 40 minutes from our location. Ultimately, I’ll never use this company again.

  On time, good communication, friendly, and courteous. They assembled our furniture and took away all of the shipping materials in record-breaking time. A+!
