The guys delivering our washer and dryer were professional, polite and efficient. They kept us informed during the day as to the time they would be arriving which was much appreciated.

Was very much impressed with my Big Fig "White Glove" Delivery Service. The two men came on time...in their delivery window...and were professional and diligent. Glad I got it. After 50...one is not lugging huge furniture up stairs...nor assembling it. Well worth it! Would highly recommend and would use again and again and again! -Mark E. Chorazy, Esq. Forest Hills, PA

I have been waiting for my package for three months!! It’s been in their possession and I was told they only deliver to my area on Tuesdays and Thursdays making me miss a day of work only to be told the day before that they need to reschedule my delivery to the following Friday! Now I’m out a day of work and sounds like it’s going to be a second days work now assuming they do their job finally and deliver my package…so sick of these horrible companies just doing whatever they feel like with zero reproduction

RXO provided an excellent delivery experience. The two-person team delivered my TV directly to the room of my choice, handled the delivery professionally, and were both friendly and communicative throughout the process. Everything went smoothly, and I appreciated their helpful, courteous service.

The driver and helper acted professional, took care with my new LG appliance, handled it with care so it was not damaged bringing into the house, protected my flooring from scratches and leveled and tested the range. The app made it easy to track the delivery truck as they traveled to my location. Top notch delivery service!
