  The two gentlemen who delivered our mattress this morning were pleasant, courteous, polite and respectful. They went above and beyond by bringing the mattress into our bedroom. Much appreciated! Great company!

  I ordered a TV via an Amazon third-party seller on May 31st, the TV arrived at RXO’s Local warehouse on June 3rd.. After the initial delivery date was canceled for unspecified reasons the next delivery date is scheduled for June 24th, three weeks after it arrived in a warehouse a half hour drive from my house. UPS, Fed Ex, Amazon , etc typically deliver from the same distance the next day. It is a simple drop off delivery, no installation or signature required. No discernible means of contacting the warehouse directly, only an overseas call center. If I still had a truck I’d go pick it up myself. Instead I’ll have to wait another week for delivery. That is if they have the time

  I just had a mattress delivered for Serta via RXO. I had read reviews a week before delivery. I was preparing myself for the worse case scenario because of what I read. Yeah, didn’t happen. The guys (only got Walter’s name) were on time and professional. They were extremely nice and respectful of my home. They took the old mattress and installed the new one on the second floor. They were quick and efficient, had smiles on their faces. Very polite. I don’t know who anyone else got but these guys were top notch & I would use them again for any upcoming deliveries. Thank you.

  I love how big the freezer is and that there is a light that you can use to see in the dark and the baskets are huge too.
