- TLTodd LundenMay 9, 20261.0I honestly cannot stand the Northampton Post Office anymore. This place is an absolute disaster. They constantly lose mail, deliver packages to the wrong addresses, or mark things as “delivered” that never show up at all. It’s not an occasional mistake either — it happens over and over and over again. Trying to get help is a complete joke. They never answer the phone, and when you go there in person, the employees are some of the rudest, most ignorant, and most unhelpful people I’ve ever dealt with. Nobody takes responsibility, nobody follows up, and nobody seems to care that people’s mail and packages are constantly disappearing. I’ve reported the same issues multiple times and nothing ever changes. Every interaction feels like you’re bothering them for expecting them to do the bare minimum part of their job correctly. It’s unbelievable that a service this bad is allowed to continue with zero accountability. At this point I have absolutely no trust in this post office whatsoever. If there were literally any alternative for regular mail delivery, I’d use it immediately.
