I usually just drop off packages but they always ask if I need a receipt or if I need anything else. Sometimes a simple "have a nice day" can really turn a person's day around, so thank you for showing kindness.

On April 6, 2026, around 4:00 p.m., I witnessed a supervisor handle a customer’s split payment issue very unprofessionally. She raised her voice at the customer and had a hostile attitude. She admitted the employee made a mistake but wrongly accused the customer of yelling, even though the customer remained calm. She also spoke to me rudely and told me I could go to another post office. It was uncomfortable and disrespectful and I hope management addresses this behavior.
