About three years ago, our clinic needed to ship a large, critical piece of medical equipment out of state. I visited four other UPS stores first, but every single one turned us down, claiming the equipment was too large to ship through them, or quoting an outrageously high price. As a last place, I brought it to this UPS Store, and they were an absolute lifesaver. They took a look at our equipment and found a way to ship it at a very fair and reasonable price. On top of that, they packaged it themselves with extreme care to ensure it wouldn't get damaged in transit. Thanks to their outstanding service, an important issue for our clinic was resolved smoothly. Ever since that day, this is the only UPS Store I use. Highly recommended

The owner did not greet me at all during the encounter except to say that I can not bring the package in ripped and would need to buy a bag from them, as he is literally taping the package to be sent. So which is it sir? I’ve never seen the owner before but he should stay out of the store and let the employees deal with the customers. I’ve returned so many packages there that were ripped and the employees taped them with no issue and no warnings about it being ripped.

I recently received helped from Parrish and Gina with a large, sentimental mirror. They handled with care and were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this location!
