- MJMonet JohnsonJun 25, 20261.0Had a horrible customer service experience doing a package drop off. The owner did not greet me at all during the encounter except to say that I can not bring the package in ripped and would need to buy a bag from them, as he is literally taping the package to be sent. So which is it sir? I’ve never seen the owner before but he should stay out of the store and let the employees deal with the customers. I’ve returned so many packages there that were ripped and the employees taped them with no issue and no warnings about it being ripped.

I recently received helped from Parrish and Gina with a large, sentimental mirror. They handled with care and were super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this location!

This time service was good but the owner reprimanded an employee in front of customers and made things uncomfortable. Even slapped his hand down on a box in frustration. The employee was polite and genuine and asked for help from Jayden and even Jayden seemed annoyed with this employee. I felt bad for the kid. You can tell he was trying hard to complete his tasks, but perhaps he just needs a bit more training, not to be humiliated/yelled at by the owner in front of customers.
