- MMMary Ann MahoneyOct 15, 20251.0I had a box to be delivered, and instead of delivering it to my home, they shoved the box into my mailbox so tight, no one can get it out. I filed a claim, and asked for the mail person to remove it, but it is still there 2 weeks later.
- CKCamrin KeiperOct 28, 20231.0Worst postal experience I've experienced in my life, I've now written 2 formal complaints to the inspector General. Reliably deliver every package late, drive their personal vehicles which don't seem fit to deliver mail given how they have to get out at every house and walk to the mailbox, every package that includes a card has been opened and taped shut, anything important/sensitive like my passport arrives months late, every package is multiple days late and if I ever question it my whole household is punished by not receiving any mail whatsoever for the next month, including spam. I'm just about ready to open an investigation on the constant laws they break just to spite me as a customer, wish I could opt out of using their garbage useless "service". Absolutely trash.
