- JGJames GrantFeb 23, 20192.0I cannot stand using the Newport post office inside because I went there one day and was waiting almost 30 minutes in line because the girl young lady working the was allowing this young man to fill out a certified letter instead of showing him how to do it and having him fill it out at one of the stands. There was also 6 other people in line that was getting very frustrated. One of the customers that was waiting in line made a comment out loud and all that happened was a smile from the person that was working behind the counter and the young man was still allowed to fill out his letter. Honestly before I use the counter service at the Newport post office I will drive to Harrisburg to a post office that knows how to deal with their customers because it would be a lot faster believe it or not. Thank you
