- MNMelissa NajarianJul 15, 20261.0Awful customer service they also DELETE reviews here is proof of the day I visited 07-11-26 and had an awful transaction with the employee. I normally do not post reviews and try to give understanding for a bad day, but the customer service at this location is consistently poor. During my last visit, I came in to send a package. The employee simply handed me tape and left me to struggle on the floor trying to tape my box together myself—compared to Germansville where staff actually help you. To make matters worse, during checkout, the employee immediately tapped the "smiley face" on the customer service prompt herself before I could even select how my experience actually was. I now actively drive further out of my way to other branches just to receive decent service.

- JJJim JMar 18, 20261.0I got a card to pickup mail order medications at this post office. The card stated hours were 1000-1700. I get there and the counter is closed at noon. I knocked on the door and was told she's closed, come back at 1PM. I said I need to pickup my meds and she responded "I don't care, come back at 1". All the while she could have easily handed me my meds vs shouting back at me. I don't put up with rude, ignorant people who treat customers like this so I gave her my POV. As I was leaving she banged on the window as I passed. I now wrote to the OIG of the Post Office since this person needs some serious training in customer respect and service.
