- JJJim JMar 18, 20261.0I got a card to pickup mail order medications at this post office. The card stated hours were 1000-1700. I get there and the counter is closed at noon. I knocked on the door and was told she's closed, come back at 1PM. I said I need to pickup my meds and she responded "I don't care, come back at 1". All the while she could have easily handed me my meds vs shouting back at me. I don't put up with rude, ignorant people who treat customers like this so I gave her my POV. As I was leaving she banged on the window as I passed. I now wrote to the OIG of the Post Office since this person needs some serious training in customer respect and service.

The lady at the counter (might be postmaster I think) here thinks she owns the post office, we arrive 5 min before closing with prepaid packages and her attitude comes out saying, that you have to stop coming 5 min to 5, what? Maybe if the post office, that never makes profit, ever, maybe if the hours were uniform like 8 to 5, but no some close at 4:15 some 4:30 some 5:00, they all close at different times for lunch and some like New Tripoli don't even open till 10am. Elon needs to dig deep into the post office system, waste and corruption and useless employees will be found no doubt
