- RKRegina KelleyMay 19, 20261.0Really rude people. Two employees conversing when I walked in, did not stop to acknowledge me standing there until their convo was done. Inquired about a receipt showing the item was received, apparently above pay grade to explain this to me. Only second time there and will continue to go elsewhere in the future.

They need better mail men and people who aren’t lazy who will send packages. I’m filing a report because my package was sent back for NO REASON. And now I can’t get it back, this is genuinely ridiculous. This being my only mail service around me is the most horrible displeasure of this stupid town.

- DLdon lubinOct 9, 20215.0I have been using the New Oxford post office since I moved to the area 3 years ago. Every single time I am there I have gotten top notch service. The employees remember who I am and are very friendly. I miss those who have retired and have gotten to know the new people. And my letter carrier has to be one of the most friendly people I’ve met. She actually CARES about the people on her route. Thank you Evana (not sure of the spelling).
- RJRobert Guynn JrDec 25, 20201.0Well my girlfriend sent me some packages for christmas with ALL my Christmas presents relying on the USPS delivering them yesterday but instead they decided to not make any attempt in delivering it and wrote me a slip to come pick it up. My drive way is more than accessible and it isn’t a super far walk to my front porch with it being maybe 20 yards from the road. So now here it is christmas day and I don’t get to open any of my presents until the 26th.
