  I purchased an HP ink cartridge set for my printer about 2 months ago. The minute I put it in, the yellow color came out almost black on the test sheet, so I kept cleaning the printer head hoping that it's my printer. After repeating the cleaning-printing for about 45 minutes, all the inks ran out and all I was able to achieve is a grayish yellow color, so I put another set of cartridges in from eBay and voila! No problem! I didn't bring back the empty cartridges because they were empty by then. Today I was at this location again and just mentioned them what happened and that I was very unhappy, but the employees were just staring at me like I was speaking Chinese... they didn't say anything like we are sorry that this happened to you... nope! Nothing! So, I turned around from the door and said loud, at least you should have said sorry! No response... just the same staring back. Do the managers train their employees to actually have some customer care or any etiquette? I doubt it! Very unprofessional!

  Use to go here all the time but every time I wear my construction shirts and ask for assistance on finding a item im treated very unprofessional. I ask for a item, yes I know what it dos thats why I asked for it, yes I know how it works and what to do with it thats why I need it. After talking in circles im told its a very niche item and used rarley in commercial applications and they dont have it. Well ace hardware had it so thanks.

  I walked in to find two employees running around doing their work. And another young woman sort of just wandering around, looking at things? After waiting a while in line with more and more people coming in. Another employee asked her to assist customers. I didn't even know she worked there. I thought she was shopping. So she dead eyes this gentleman. Doesn't say a word and begrudgingly goes behind the counter to wait on one gentleman. One gentleman. This is important. Now, I will admit I was next in line and so have some skin in this game. But to my surprise, after waiting on this ONE gentleman, she sort of looks at me with the same dead eyes, and goes around the counter to leave. She has basically not lost eye contact with me as she walks by to go, somewhere. So I asked if she had any plans on waiting on me. She told me, "I don't work here.", but quickly changed it to, "I don't work in this department." To which I replied that she just waited on someone in front of me. That's not her job. I asked if maybe that was in fact her job. She told me to worry about myself and not try to manage her. At this point I was a little lost, but also having been treated as subhuman by an over privileged person, was getting angry. So I asked for her name. She very maturely refused to tell me, and attempted to hide her name tag. Your other two employees were aghast. I could see that this wasn't a new situation, but that is between Staples, Amazon, and Staples employees. Not me. What I expected to take less than 5 minutes. I was there to have a single packaged scanned by a barcode reader. Something if left alone to myself I could have accomplished faster. Became an actual argument with your employee to try to get them to do their job.
