Given I don’t live in the US, I hadn’t done this before, and the staff at this PO were so helpful and made this a completely painless experience. The bar is sadly really low for these types of organisations and this team show how it should be done.
- EKEric KMar 19, 20195.0It’s not often I give a 5 star review to a government entity, but the post master Jim in new hope deserves one! Solebury Villagers don’t receive mail box delivery. When there was a mix up on a package sent from a vendor, this modern day Paul Revere Aka Jim went out to where the package was delivered, got it from the home owner, then promptly sent it up to my P.O. Box. Thank you thank you thank you! Amazing service from people who actually care!
