- AAAutumnAug 14, 20262.0I am a seller on websites.I had my packages on my porch to be picked up.Followed proper protocol.Really bad when I have a camera & I know exactly who it was.Anyways,it’s frustrating because both packages were not scanned & now I have to go through avenues to see if the buyer & the seller got their packages back because there was no tracking information.I might have lost out on money. However, I went to my local post office & the woman that helped me was very nice.Just a frustrating experience.From now on I will have to make sure I take the packages in I sell myself to make sure they get scanned to make sure I make my money.
- JCjessica crawfordSep 4, 20211.0My mail carrier never leaves the key behind to get into the parcel locker and it's frustrating seriously about to tell y'all to leave my mail at my door. Absolutely rediculous should have to go into the post office for them to remind the carrier to leave it behind. Absolute worse mail division ever they have me so mad that the last time I went in they were willing to help but the mail carrier just shouldn't be working for them I have now lost an expensive product because they either didn't put it in the parcel locker as they told me or gave the key to another individual and now someone else is enjoying my things. So very angry and frustrating

The delivery guy “supposedly” delivered a package and put it in the mailbox, but as soon as he drove off from the mailbox I went to get my package but it wasn’t there. I went to the post office to find out what the problem was but all I got was excuses and a broken promise that my package would be found and delivered to the correct address. They took my name and number but after 3 weeks I still haven’t heard back from them. Now I am out of my product and the money that I spent!! Isn’t tampering with another individual’s mail a federal offense?

I'm not a hard person to please I just want my mail delivered to me and not other people. Didn't think that was too much to ask really.
