I had to chase multiple packages because they couldn't match last names and apartment letters (both of which are legible on the outside of everyone's mailbox). I get packages now only because there is a special note about my address since I chewed them out for losing my stuff. Mistakes happen... but if you have to chase at least 5 packages delivered to the wrong door step of your apartment complex, that is just laziness on the employee's parts.
