- NTNathaniel TurnerMay 26, 20261.0Just moved into town, and have had several packages that were supposed to be delivered, only for me to catch on camera the mail person drive right by, only to state on the tracking that no one was home for delivery. I work from home...lol I will be contacting the Post Master General, and I will keep escalating until they do there job. I pay for them to deliver mail, not drive by in a truck and delay deliveries. So I must ammend my earlier post, and change the review I have given this Office. I have now gotten to the bottom of the lies and deciet that is the Modern US Mail Service... They have instructed their postal employees to "Not" deliver any packages that require "SIgnatures" after they reach a quota for that day. "He said, if they did anymore than that, it would add up to 10 more mintues to their routes." I just didn't know what to say after that...

- JWJoe WAug 30, 20191.0Carrier insists on cramming anything and everything into the mailbox. Packages, large envelopes, whatever can be crushed and made to fit. Carrier also never attempts to deliver anything requiring a signature, I just randomly get final attempt notices. USPS says without evidence that it's the carrier damaging packages they can't do anything, even though I'm not the only person complaining about this carrier 🙄
- BBBrynnAug 2, 20181.0They misdeliver my packages all the time....EVERY MAILBOX in my apartment complex has a last name on it.... so all the male/female delivering a package would have to do is match the last name on the package to the last name on the mailbox. Sue was very snide on the phone with me and had this attitude that nobody at that building could do any wrong... if you live in an apartment complex I would HIGHLY recommend not allowing them to deliver packages to your doorstep because that is too big of a responsibility for those employees to handle.
