- NTNathaniel TurnerMar 27, 20265.0The Lady that runs this Post Office, does so all by hefself, she should be the Post Master General, for her service and dedication to her career... Please don't leave negative reviews for policies here at this Post Office. She has nothing to do with what is dictated by the main hub. I have listed below the Postal Hub for New Castle, and according to the Post Master, located here at: 435 S Cascade St, New Castle, PA 16108 They have instructed their postal employees to "Not" deliver any packages that require "SIgnatures" after they reach a quota for that day. "He said, if they did anymore than that, it would add up to 10 more mintues to their routes."

- KNKayla NicoleJan 26, 20265.0We use this post office often, and it has really improved recently. The postmaster is nice and helpful. There’s a convenient drop-off area for prepaid packages, which makes things much easier. The space is cleaner and even has small seasonal decorations, which is a nice touch. Overall, the staff are friendly and pleasant. The only downside is the occasional rude customer—but that’s not the staff’s fault at all.
