- BRBobbi Jo ReffordFeb 17, 20261.0Once again, Narvon Post Office strives to be the worst Post Office in Lancaster County. It's bad enough they close 1130A-1230P over lunch, but having a party in back. Today was best one yet, as I know they close over lunch, so gave little extra time, walk in handwritten sign says won't open until 130p. Awesome thanks for the runaround!!

- ECE ColodonatoJul 25, 20231.0Incompetent staff, packages go missing. Or they won't deliver for various reasons. You have to physically go to the PO to inquire why its been three days to receive a package. They will state there was a pink note in the mailbox, when there was none to be found. The next day they will put the notice in your box as a big FU to the customer. Once I had a package go missing they swore they delivered, only to have that package that was supposedly delivered show up A YEAR LATER!!! Government workers at the best. Can't get fired for not doing a halfway job.

Then the mail carrier forgets to actually deliver it, and I have to physically go to the post office in person the next day to find this. Once it happened when this person went on vacation and we couldn't contact them. I really don't appreciate you scanning items that are out for delivery, and then I wait around all day for nothing to come.
