- DCDeborah CullerAug 6, 20265.0I had a great experience with Kim at the Narberth Post Office. I was on vacation my packages were delivered. I couldn’t locate my package and put in an inquiry. Kim called me she was so nice and looked into the situation. My neighbor had picked up my package holding them in her unit, she didn’t tell me she had them for 2 days. I have my packages and thank you Kim for taking the time investigating trying to locate my packages.

The guy took two pictures but didn't even bother turning on the flash for the camera for either of them. He told me the picture should be fine but it ended up being rejected delaying my application process which I paid extra for expedited processing.

Rude staff, forces you to buy tape rather than let you use the one at hand, will refuse to help you in any way and basically do anything but trying to do their job, and would rather just spend time on their phone

It said on the website walk-ins are welcome and so we went without making an appointment. But we didn't realize that there is a time limit. As soon as we stood on the line, the rep behind the desk, in a harsh voice, informed us about that. We felt so unwelcomed. I guess, the lady customer behind us saw and heard that and politely told us we could make an appointment online.
