- EHElizabeth HellerAug 29, 20265.0I just had a great customer service experience at the Narberth Staples store. The print and copy representative, Rob, helped me accomplish my goal of printing out my resume and biography on excellent paper, while fixing my email glitch and literally waiting rapidly and exactly on the line of customers. He was calm, polite, helpful, and efficient. I will come back for my next print order. Thank you, from Elizabeth Heller
- TXThe Key XperienceAug 24, 20265.0Rob in the printing department was absolutely wonderful! I needed last-minute brochures printed for my uncle’s funeral, and he was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding during a stressful time. He took the time to help me select the right paper quality and even printed a sample so I could see exactly how everything would look before making my final decision. I changed my mind at least twice, and Rob remained patient, kind, and accommodating throughout the entire process. His excellent customer service truly made a difference and took one less worry off my plate. Thank you so much, Rob, for going above and beyond. Your help was genuinely appreciated!
