There are clerks that I have been smiling and saying hello to for years and never once got a smile from. They're definitely not happy despite what they're paid.

I either get someone else's mail or pay 2 day priority shipping and track it the day it's supposed to be here (food for my animals) which is kind of important and it says it's delivered and there is a package nowhere to be found. I wish there was a possible alternative for me and possible to give them a 0 star review because they don't even deserve the one star. I am fed up!
