- JSJeremy Marion (SledLob)May 12, 20261.0They do not answer their phone. I called 15 times (not exaggerating) throughout the day at various times. No answer, and for the last 2 calls they disconnected the phone line, meaning they heard me (and others possibly) calling and intentionally ignored the calls. Also, despite having my phone number on file, they said they didn’t have my phone number, and now 10 live baby chicks which were supposed to be picked up today first thing are now on an unknown mail route in a mail truck all day which isn’t good or safe for them, all because they “didn’t have my number on file” which is not true. Also I missed a day of work for this pick up which now isn’t happening. Absolutely abysmal service, if you can even call it service.
