- SRSamantha RussellAug 8, 20261.0No one answers the phone they promised to put my package in a parcel and I work all the time I’m afraid of my packaging getting sent back the girl said they don’t send back packages but they do… long story short my package was never put in a parcel locker … and they never answer the phone bad customer service
- EME S P MJun 5, 20261.0two ladies in the office, both extremely rude, unprofessional and poorly trained with correct information…they will also tamper with your mail and return to sender out of spite, telling you it was never at that office (i have proof stating it was for days, including when i tried to receive it)….i suggest management hold a training course for these two, not only for knowledge they should have about the job but also basic customer service.
- SFStephanie FinkJan 31, 20205.0Staff goes above and beyond their job description to help people. While their hours may be a bit inconvenient, the employees don't make the schedule. During the Christmas holidays, they are working 70-80 hours a week and are there 7 days a week and even have signs that say if you have packages to pick up, to knock on the door and they will get it for you. The main employee I deal with is super nice. She is always willing to help and explain. So the only "complaint" I have is the hours and that has no bearing on the staff.
