  Blonde hair guy with mustache there, very rude very disrespectful had the nerve to use foul language and to be honest I will never think about going back to this location he should be fired and again was very disrespectful.

  This 5-star review is strictly based on the service I received. I will write a follow up review post-delivery. I did what I thought was a good job with prepping a live plant to ship. Tamir Darwish, the Store Manager at the Mount Pocono PA location did an excellent job of making me fully aware of the risk to shipping the plant and the options I had in order to ensure a safer delivery. I described how I packaged the plant and he made a recommendation on how to better secure it and then went ahead and together [and with my ok] opened the box and secured the soil so that it wouldn't spill out in case the box did get turned upside down. I had taped "Live Plant. Please handle with Care" signs with up arrows all around the box but he went even further and added "Fragile" tape around the box. He was personable and engaged in conversation about the origin of the plant while we worked and still managed to have an eye and ear on other customer interactions providing support to them at the same time. If demonstrating excellent customer service for a team had a face, it would be Tamir's. He's an excellent reflection of great leadership and customer service.

  I just want to take the time to shout out Tamir and the Ladies at this UPS location i notice people don't take the time to give them a shout out for the awesome service but if its something they are bitter about they are quick to leave a bad review. Well my experience was awesome so this is well deserved. They are super Courteous and Helpful, the best customer service of any UPS i have ever delt with hands down, they do there best to get you the best rates and they also give the customers well needed advice to assist with shipping. Something they did for me and no other ups have ever done, I was on my way and it was basically closing time and I called them on the phone and they waited up for me, other stores stop answering the phone 10 minutes before closing but these guys enjoy what they are doing and always go above and beyond to take care of there customers. Thanks Guys and keep up the awesome service. The Job that you guys are doing does not go Unnoticed. ❤❤❤❤❤💯💯💯🤝🏾🤝🏾🤝🏾🤝🏾🤝🏾 A++
