  I go here every month for my letter needs. On July 1st I paid to have my rent certified to my Landlord.Pist office declared my letter would arrive by July 3rd. It still hasn't been delivered. To my surprise and disgust...I was told my letter with a lot of money I won't mention was lost in Pittsburgh somewhere. I told this bozos that it was unexveotable that this has happened. They shoved a piece of paper in my face and told me to file a complaint with the ups . What the hell kinda of service is this? I'll never do business here again. I still can't find my letter!!!! 😤

  Really worth this store in our township. Everything perfect. No issues at all.Self scanning machine is really helpful .

  Worker Kym, re-stored my trust in, "U.P.S., working thru a vanished package and costs of shipping, WE made a mistake, WE MISSED the SECOND DAY AIR, WE thought it was 1 day, (100.⁰⁰$ next day) 30.⁰⁰ 2nd day air, an innocent mistake, we turned the wrong up-side down and all had a laugh, U.P.S.   The staff was super friendly when I brought in a few things to ship during the holiday season. The process was simple and I was out and back in my car within minutes. Thanks again!

  Time sensitive package dropped off on Friday. Monday afternoon and no updates. The number provided goes to a call center, NOT THE STORE. If this is a UPS policy it is a bad one! Its 2026 and we cant call the store but need to physically go in. The call centers cant even get in touch with the store as they have no number. They couldn't help me and stated I need to go back to the store for any help. Crazy they don't have a phone. Now my package that I paid expedited to be delivered 30 min down the road has been sitting there for 4 days and has not moved.
