  The employees, management and the owner are extremely incompetent. It’s annoying having to drive to monaca or cranberry to have a store with competent staff in the area.

  I go here every month for my letter needs. On July 1st I paid to have my rent certified to my Landlord.Pist office declared my letter would arrive by July 3rd. It still hasn't been delivered. To my surprise and disgust...I was told my letter with a lot of money I won't mention was lost in Pittsburgh somewhere. I told this bozos that it was unexveotable that this has happened. They shoved a piece of paper in my face and told me to file a complaint with the ups . What the hell kinda of service is this? I'll never do business here again. I still can't find my letter!!!! 😤

  Really worth this store in our township. Everything perfect. No issues at all.Self scanning machine is really helpful .

  The team here is quick, efficient, caring, and overall just great vibes. The feeling of inclusivity here is unmatched and the service is excellent. Thank you to Kym and her team for always making a trip to the UPS store easy 😊
