This is the worst USPS I’ve ever been to. The guy that works the counter (Reynaldo) is consistently rude. I actively avoid this store as much as possible because the same guy is consistently bothered every time he has to do his job.
This past visit, I asked him if he could scan a QR code and he says “just hand me the package man.” And grabs it out of my hands. I asked what was wrong and he said here let me show you something.. and walks me over to the self service kiosk and then walks away.
Will definitely be my last time here and will be telling everyone to avoid as much as possible. Would give negative stars if possible.

This location will always give you trouble. Reynaldo is very unprofessional and discriminating to customers. He is rude and will try giving you a hard time. Zero stars!
Avoid going here and go to Moon location instead. People there are very friendly and would always be willing to help customers.
When I asked the Robinson location if they take customer feedback, Reynaldo said he doesn't care about what customers say and the feedback (smileys on screen to express our experience) doesn't bother him. Please choose wisely where you go and how you want to be treated.

Reynaldo is so rude. Not friendly. And just unnecessarily mean.

The employee by the name of REYNALDO is the absolute worst!!! I've been to this post office many times, and he is ALWAYS miserable and rude. He should not be allowed to interact with the public. After seeing all of the other reviews here, I don't understand how or why he is still has a job, especially waiting on customers 🤔

Young lady that worked the counter on Friday July 3rd 2026 was the NICEST US Postal worker I’ve ever dealt with!
