Absolutely ridiculous, dont ever ship things here because they will charge you compared to other ups stores, better to ship to other locations to not deal with their headaches.
- ISIsmail ScottSep 16, 20261.0I won’t be back here again. Today was a one off. I don’t usually come to this location but my first time dropping off a pre-paid postage package was a hassle. Employees and whoever else was in charge there made a big deal because I didn’t wait in line while the employee taped up another customers big box. So I went straight to another employee behind the counter who seemed available and dropped off the package and they told me I was cutting the line. While I understand there are UPS franchise stores that may have their own rules, I don’t recommend going to this location if you run a business. They’ll make you stand in line even if you have a small package like mine with pre-paid postage. UPS in Plum never makes me stand in line for something so small, Fed Ex doesn’t make me stand in line when they see I have pre-paid postage and United States Postal Service, I don’t even have to look at anyone. I just go in and sit the package on the countertop or drop in the mail box. This location is very inconvenient.
