It used to be good, but they got some new employees there who will Look you in the eyes and lie to you about when things will arrive. Don’t bother taking their word.
UPDATE: They said they couldn't do anything until it was delivered and to come back after it was delivered or lost and they would do what they could. I came back and they immediately said "there's nothing we can do." I told them you can't say you'll do one thing, guarantee it with your words so I pay for it, then deliver it days after it was guaranteed to be delivered. This was an URGENT Notarized document!
I asked if I could file a complaint, to which she replied "it would just come back to us." I told her I wished I could make money that way. Make a promise, not keep it and then pocket the money. She gave what appeared to be an insincere apology.
THIS SHOCKED ME: Before I came up to the counter, the previous person had finished paying and walked off. The touchpad still had the survey on it after the guy had turned and walked away… The postal worked reached over and gave herself the highest rating!!!
This is disgusting. I don't trust these people any more.

The PostMaster at this branch is a miserable, nasty lady. She has terrible customer service skills and blames her employees for the inconsistencies at her branch. The price you pay to ship depends on who's serving you and not by weight as it should be. Pick another branch if you don't want the headache.
