  I come here to pick up packages of live plants and animals, and I'm going to miss it when it's gone :( I've never had a problem with this location, and I hate that I'll have to go into Harrisburg now.

  Grossly incompetent at this location! missed two days of work due to needing my car parts delivered so that I can be mobile again. I literally watched my fed ex truck sit for 15-20 mins and then leave. Called customer service and a "ticket" was made. Now on day two and same "ticket" has no updates. It was suppose to be delivered today by 230pm and it's now 6pm. Laziness is a big deal for me. If you dont wanna do your job correctly then maybe find another and stop screwing over customers. That location needs to be shut down and it's unfortunate cuz there are some good delivery drivers there just more bad than good ones. THIS LOCATION NEEDS SHUT DOWN OR A COMPLETE OVERHAUL OF STAFF AND MANAGEMENT!!

  So far this year Fed Ex has delivered all my packages on time with the exception of 1 . The staff has a good attitude and are generally helpful.

  I had menus on a truck that were to be delivered on Friday and for some reason the driver felt it was OK just to pass us by and not deliver them.. Now I am told I can pick them up if I really need them, I guess if I wish to open I will need to go pick them up and still get charged. I guess I should have driven the 2 hour round trip and picked up the menus myself, but time is everything ...... what a waste.
