- JCJess CruzMay 30, 20261.0Truly the WORST post office and mail carrier EVER! I’ve lived in multiple states, in towns much smaller than Mercer, and I still have never had as many problems as I’ve had since moving to Mercer/PA. I’m constantly getting other people’s mail, I’m constantly missing mail or packages that are delivered to the wrong mailbox or house! My packages will also say “out for delivery” but for some reason the post man is too lazy to deliver it, so my delivery date will change to the next day. There’s absolutely NO reason or excuse my packages should be sitting all day in the office or on the mail truck and not be delivered, especially when my tracking info tells me my package is out for delivery and shows my packages have clearly made it to the Mercer post office for delivery! I definitely do not plan on staying in this town long and regret choosing to purchase property in this area, all due to the mail carriers!

Shoves in mailbox and destroys the package the boxes and bags are ripped open. Get three different neighbors mail at least twice a week. Postmaster is absolutely worthless when you bring complaints to her attention does absolutely nothing about it
- LGLindsey GagginiFeb 27, 20201.0My friend that had sent me what I paid her for (a 20oz cup with the design I requested) has been tracking the package and it is still telling her that it is at the post office for me to be able to pick it up. Well now I’ve went into that post office two different times and the second time gave the tracking number, and they are trying to tell me that “they got a request from the sender for it to be returned”. Well that’s awful funny considering I’m talking to the sender and she has sent me current screenshots that the tracking is telling her that it’s at the post office right now. So whatever they’re trying to accomplish, I don’t know but I want nothing to do with the post office and I’ll just go to any other one to purchase stamps and anything else I need accomplished from now on. Which is sad to say because I even live in Mercer and I want nothing to do with the Mercer Post Office.
