- JKJess KOct 6, 20261.0Today I sent out a package for the first time with UPS and had a terrible experience. I didn't catch her name but her employee number was 398897 on the receipt. My hearing isn't great and she was talking low and fast so I asked her to repeat herself a couple times throughout the transaction and she showed clear annoyance with me. She rushed through explanations and questions and told me "just click yes so we can keep moving" when I asked a question about what I was even saying "yes" to. She was condescending, impatient, and rude. I'll be taking my packages to USPS going forward.

Go to camp hill for better service!!!
