When I went to check the status of the package to see if it had arrived, the tracking showed it never left Meadville. I called to check on the package and I got one rude person after another. I had to finally call the state post master to get help and an investigation was started. I had to also file for a lost package and wait to get the insurance money. It is sad that in a small town people that are government paid employees care so little about their own neighbors. This is one of the reasons I feel the postal service is having issues. The employees are over paid and just don't care. Where other mailing services might charge more but you are at least treated with decency an respect. As well as guaranteed tracking on packages. For shame on Meadville PA.
