- RHRenee HenryAug 7, 20262.0Added tracking to a envelope put in Manchester bin to ship to Harrisburg. Never scanned out of bin. Discovered that 5 other people did not receive their mail from me. WOW. Went to manger today for help. He gave me a 1800 number to call and offered no other exclamation, other than after the mail leaves here, he is not responsible for it. So, how do you lose a tracking number if it is never scanned anywhere else. So did it leave the Manchester Post Office?

The postmaster I spoke to said the packaging would be free depending on how the shipping label printed and they would help me figure that out. When I went into the office I spoke with an employee who wouldn’t listen to a thing I said. WOULD NOT help me figure out how to package my items so they could be returned. I was willing to pay for the return package. Very dissatisfied with this office. I ended up leaving without even sending my items.
