Easily printed forms I needed, cost $2 for a print job but I actually printed 2 different forms (which would seem to me like 2 transactions) and was still only charged $2! The email to store option was having issues-the download wouldn't load and just kept showing an error when he tried ti pull it up from the UPS email. So I was able to work with the employee there he used the computer to just look up the 2 forms I needed printed and he was able to find and print them both. Very nice place, definitely recommend.

This store will "RIP YOU OFF"! Go somewhere else. My wife and I had four documents notarized and we were charged $120. When questioned "why so high?", we were told "We can set our clerical fees to whatever we want". We were charged a $10 clerical fee that was then multiplied by eight; $10/signature (as shown on the receipt), which is the $80 amount we argued to be unreasonable. According to the PA Dept of State, this would be considered "Price Padding" and is legally and ethically questionable, as a clerical fee should be set at one price per transaction (which in this case was $10). No additional administrative type services were provided beyond the notary stamp and signature on each document. Since pricing was not disclosed up front (as should be done according to Transparency Rules), we asked to see a pricing sheet. The owner was unable to provide any pricing documentation and showed us where it "used to hang" on the wall and told us that corporate made him take it down (??). He continued to look for a price sheet, but eventually told us that he must have thrown it away (again ??). I contacted the UPS Store in East York to get a quote for the exact same service and was given a price of $52. That's $62 less than we were charged in Manchester. Even after discussing this with the owner of the Manchester store, he was unwilling to honor a more reasonable and fair price for this service. We obviously went to the wrong UPS Store. The Manchester UPS Store lost my business and respect. I could say we made a mistake by going there but, no matter what business you go to, they cannot gouge their customers like this and expect to be successful long term.

Collin Douglas and Emily Reeves-Douglas at The UPS Store in Manchester, PA offered remarkable service. They were eager to assist me in every way and took time to help me with all the services I needed. They earned a loyal customer! They are both truly great ambassadors for UPS and their store.
