- GGGabrielleMay 13, 20261.0skip this location and head to your next nearest! The one worker in there is like the sloth from zootopia working at the DMV. She thrives on providing the absolute slowest service, and almost looks for reasons to keep you there. Every time I went in there ( middle of week middle of day) there’s always an issue. One lady in front of me went out to her car to get money and never returned. The worker sat there and refused to cancel the order and made everyone stand in line. She loved the chaos and wanted more people to wait in line. I had to go over and use common sense to show her where the red x is. I only go to other locations unless I’m just dropping off in the mail box! Save yourself a headache and frustration!

My husband and I Took the day off from work and took the kids out of school for the appointment an they called me 1 hour before the appointment and said they are canceling it because they don’t have staff to process the passport renewal form. This should have been communicated in advance, not one hour of the appointment.
