- SSShamsSep 25, 20261.0Passport appointment was cancelled just 2 hr prior to appointment. i took day off from work and also had to get my kid from the school for the appointment. They were even not apologetic about canceling the appointment. They just said, "appointment is canceled as we are short staffed, we left a message on the phone for you this morning". I waited for this appointment for 2-3 weeks. When I was very upset with them, they were a bit apologetic. I lodged a written complaint about this. Worst experience ever at any USPS in my life !!
- BBBreeSep 12, 20265.0I’ve had to visit this post office several times over the past month, and the service has been consistently exceptional. Every staff member is attentive and thorough. Even when a supervisor wasn't immediately available to handle a specific concern, I received a follow-up call within 24 hours from a fully briefed supervisor who helped me right away—no repeating myself required. Lines can get long since there’s often only one person working the counter due to USPS underfunding, but the staff does an incredible job despite being short-staffed.
- SSSharonSep 8, 20261.0I guess the internet went down before 5 PM and they weren't able to process anything that needed the computer. There was an ppst office employee at the door that told me that. Interesting enough she didn't stay at the door until 5 PM to tell the other customers that came neither was there a sign on the door. I sat outside to see if they would collect the mail from the blue mailbox outside. As of 5:15PM no one came out to collect it!!
