- NKNancy KeenerMar 31, 20261.0I wish I could give a big fat zero. The Mail lady that delivers up to New Germantown (Kate) takes it upon herself to not deliver mail addressed to my home. What she needs to do is deliver what is addressed to my home. I’ll determine what is to stay here and what isn’t. I can prove it. I’ve reported this before.
- DSD cake lady SJul 5, 20254.0The staff here is always super friendly, even remembering my name when I come in and following up on tracking issues. The lack of a star rating is for the times I've come in to get my mail during open lobby hours and it's been locked! I was told they remain open from 5:(30?) am until 11pm, but I've been locked out as early as nine pm. I was told the system must have malfunctioned, but it happens enough that I try to make sure to go much earlier you access my mail.
