- MKMichele Klinger5 days ago1.0Our mail carrier often marks deliveries as 'delivered' the we don't receive them until the next day or two. If she doesn't feel like delivering them she says 'delivery attempt failed.' We live on a street that is usually free of traffic and our car is in the garage. No reason for delivery to fail. And the lady at the post office is very disrespectful. Every time we go in there she has a rude comment, especially if you have to ask her to do something within her job duties. Because of her I dread going to the post office now. Hire people who are willing to do their job and can be courteous with the public, please.

She shoves states “fragile” items in the mailbox, “Do not bend” imported paper sin our mailbox simply because she’s too lazy to drive up to the porch and get out of her vehicle. It’s absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I received cracked eggs today and now have to file a claim and I got her on video shoving the items in the mailbox. I don’t know if she can read “FRAGILE” or “DO NOT BEND” but my neighbors have also told me they’ve been having the same issue. I’ve notified the post office before about the issue and they’ve done nothing about it.
