  Staff here are FAST, friendly, helpful, and understanding. I've visited at least 10 UPS stores and this is the best. It's kept clean and organized. Good work UPS crew!

  This is in response to the 1 star review by Pamela Kersten. Caring Transitions Lancaster has been successfully working with the Lititz PA UPS location for packing and shipping of our fragile and unusual auction items. In over 2 years, we have had zero claims for loss or damage and they are always up for a challenge (even antique wooden toilets to HI) resulting in many satisfied clients for us! To address Pamela's claims: - Our handing fees are clearly stated on our auction site for each sale and applies to any shipment either directly through us or through UPS - Pamela contacted me to ship the "pick up only" dolls due to their fragile nature before the auction ended and I told her we could deliver to UPS for professional packing and shipping but it would be expensive from PA to CO. To suggest that you could ship anything for $6 that distance, let alone antique bisque dolls in a small bubble mailer seems a little out of touch with shipping procedures and costs (a small flat rate box which we use for jewelry through USPS is now close to $13). -Many of our customers have prepaid and have been extremely satisfied with this service because they were able to purchase items that we are not equipped to ship and they completely understand the necessity of prepayment to avoid wasting labor or materials with unpaid invoices. Their process results in quick shipping as opposed to other services we have tried where the item sits for weeks waiting for an estimate. UPS Lititz has been a vital partner in our business allowing us to benefit from auction transactions and they could not be more friendly, efficient, professional or reliable. It is unfortunate that Pamela Kersten's review does not accurately depict the circumstances. I understand that she was not pleased by the cost or procedure but to trash a business based on her assumptions seems unfair and unnecessarily damaging. I look forward to continuing to work with the great staff at the UPS Lititz store.

  Someone called me from here asking for $70 to ship 3 small 3" dolls I won at an auction. Easily weigh 8oz combined. IF that. Could have been shipped in a bubble polymailer for less than $6. I understand they are performing a service, but at $70, this is extortion. Furthermore, I was already charged for the item, and an additional $15 for transporting the item to the UPS for shipping which I was not made aware I would be charged. So a total of $85 to ship a $6 postage item. The worst part of this scam, was that I asked for an invoice and a secured way to pay this invoice since some random man just calls me out of nowhere asking for payment and doesn't give me any clear cut break down of the charges which by law, according to the attorney general, is a requirement when invoicing a customer for charges of materials or services rendered. He asks for my card number over the phone. No secured method of payment. No online portal, no link, no invoice or breakdown of charges. Just a phone call, a statement of a dollar amount that is way too high for to make any sense, and wants me to Willy nilly give my card over the phone to him or not recieve my item I've already paid for in addition to also paying $15 I understood to be for shipping to only later find out was for transporting. No thanks. Now Im out the money, out my items, and got scammed. He knew what he was doing based on his attitude given when he called he knew he was over charging and what my reaction was going to be. I wasn't even mad. I was just confused thinking I had made a mistake on the size of the dolls or something. Upon finding out I had been scammed I will be reaching out to the state to file a complaint. As well as a few other regulatory agencies. Hopefully customers will read this review when considering using this ups store as a shipping solution for their businesses. If you want satisfied customers, stay FAR away from this business. **** gaslight someone else. This has been reported and will be investigated and IS illegal AND unethical. 3" bisque dolls weight of 6 ounces under NO circumstances would EVER cost $70 to ship. And no you should never ask for payment without an invoice or secured method of payment. This again, is illegal. Better check your state laws. Ignorance is no excuse for breaking them. You'll be finding out soon enough. As far as how you treat your customers, I am one of your customers, and you stole from me so I can say first hand 100% of my experiences with your company have been defrauding. I would never do business or recommend anyone do business with your company.
