- SSSteveApr 20, 20262.0First time using a UPS store. It was very busy and backed up 6-7 of us waiting. 2 customers being helped. Each transaction seemed to be taking a long time for some reason. The woman working there tried directing people to the self serve kiosk, but everyone needed an employees help so the kiosk was useless for everyone waiting. So she kept loading paper into the big printers. The employees need more than 2 computers to check people out if the store is this busy with barely enough room to stand in line waiting.
